We are seeking a creative and passionate Visual Merchandiser to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging displays that maximize the impact of our products and enhance the customer experience. You will play a key role in bringing our brand to life and driving sales through impactful visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement eye-catching product displays in-store and in windows to attract customers and highlight promotions.
• Ensure all visual displays reflect the brand s identity and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute seasonal merchandising changes, including holiday displays, to keep the store fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with the sales team to analyse product performance and make necessary adjustments to displays to maximize sales.
• Work with the inventory team to ensure that displays are stocked appropriately and that products are presented in a neat and organized manner.
• Train and guide sales staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices to maintain consistency throughout the store.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to incorporate innovative visual merchandising techniques.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
