Responsibilities

• Create visually impactful displays that attract and engage customers consistently.
• Collaborate with store management to implement effective merchandising strategies.
• Ensure branding consistency in all visual merchandising efforts across stores.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in retail merchandising and design innovations.
• Develop and execute seasonal visual merchandising plans and promotional events.
• Conduct store visits to evaluate and improve visual displays regularly.
• Train and support store staff on executing visual merchandising concepts properly.
• Monitor sales performance to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts.
• Utilize customer feedback to make informed adjustments and improvements.
• Manage the installation and takedown of promotional or seasonal displays.
• Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of all retail and display areas efficiently.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for display props and materials as needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment is required.
• Strong creative vision and proficiency in visual design and space utilization.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines consistently.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of visual aesthetics are essential.
