Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to design attractive product displays and enhance the shopping experience in our home decoration store. The ideal candidate will create inspiring visual presentations that showcase furniture, d cor accessories, lighting, textiles, and seasonal collections while supporting sales goals and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement appealing in-store displays, window presentations, and product arrangements.
  • Create room settings and lifestyle displays that inspire customers and highlight product features.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained throughout the store.
  • Plan and execute seasonal themes, promotional displays, and special events.
  • Collaborate with store management and sales staff to optimize product placement and inventory visibility.
  • Monitor product presentation, signage, pricing, and display cleanliness.
  • Analyze customer shopping patterns and sales data to improve display effectiveness.
  • Rearrange merchandise regularly to keep the store fresh and engaging.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and marketing teams on visual campaigns and product launches.
  • Maintain stock levels of display items and visual merchandising materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail design, interior styling, or home d cor retail.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, color coordination, and space planning.
  • Knowledge of current home decoration and interior design trends.
  • Excellent creativity, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or SketchUp is an advantage.
  • Ability to lift and move display materials when required.
