Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and execute visually engaging furniture displays, room sets, and lifestyle vignettes that reflect brand identity and seasonal themes
Style furniture, lighting, rugs, textiles, and accessories to create cohesive and aspirational spaces
Collaborate with store managers, sales teams, and buying teams to align visual presentation with sales goals
Implement visual merchandising guidelines while adapting layouts to store size and customer flow
Plan and execute seasonal changes, promotions, and new product launches
Ensure displays are maintained daily, keeping floors organized, clean, and visually appealing
Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to refine merchandising strategies
Train and guide store staff on visual standards and product styling techniques
Stay current on interior design trends, color palettes, and furniture styling best practices
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in home furniture, interiors, or home d cor retail
Strong understanding of space planning, furniture layout, and visual balance
Knowledge of materials, textures, finishes, and color coordination
Creative eye with strong attention to detail
Ability to translate brand concepts into physical retail experiences
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Physically able to move furniture and work on the sales floor
Proficiency in visual merchandising tools or basic design software is a plus
