Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
-
Set up and maintain displays and showcases according to visual merchandising guidelines
-
Arrange merchandise to highlight product features, maximize appeal, and reflect current trends and promotions
-
Monitor and refresh displays regularly to ensure consistency, cleanliness, and visual impact
-
Work closely with management to execute seasonal themes, product launches, and promotions
-
Maintain store visual standards, signage, and product labeling
Sales Support
-
Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations
-
Support the sales team during busy periods by assisting with customer inquiries and transactions
-
Ensure merchandise is fully stocked, tagged, and displayed neatly
-
Assist in processing stock deliveries and organizing inventory in the back room
-
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized sales floor
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in visual merchandising and jewelry sales
-
Strong visual and aesthetic sense with attention to detail
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment
-
Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
-
Comfortable with light physical tasks such as lifting displays or restocking merchandise
-
Fluent in both Arabic and English
