Roles & Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with brand identity, driving customer engagement and sales.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product placement, ensuring high-demand items are easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to coordinate timely product deliveries and maintain stock levels in line with seasonal demands.
  • Train and supervise store staff on effective merchandising techniques and display maintenance to foster a cohesive team approach.
  • Create compelling in-store promotions and displays that enhance the shopping experience and highlight new product launches.
  • Manage inventory levels to minimize shrinkage and ensure optimal product turnover, reducing excess stock.
  • Utilize customer feedback and sales metrics to continually refine merchandising strategies and adapt to changing consumer preferences.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor practices to innovate and elevate the brand's merchandising presence.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • 2-3 years of experience in retail merchandising, demonstrating a proven track record of driving sales through effective product placement.
  • Experience in consumer goods or fashion retail sectors is preferred, providing insight into industry-specific merchandising strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis software to interpret sales trends and inform decision-making.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred, with proficiency in both English and [HINDI], enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
