Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Merchandising setup. 

  • Participate in the installation of window displays (seasonal themes, promotions, launches)
  • Implement merchandising plans (planograms)
  • Ensure proper product placement on shelves (height, alignment, zoning)
  • Highlight new and high-margin products

Sales promotion

  • Install the POS display materials (posters, shelf talkers, banners)
  • Implement promotional campaigns (sales, Black Friday, Ramadan, etc.)
  • Adjust the exposure according to the season (summer/winter)

Control and monitoring

  • Verify compliance with merchandising standards in each store
  • Create before/after photo reports for the installation
  • Report the errors and propose corrective actions.
  • Monitor the condition of merchandising materials (mannequins, displays, lighting)

Coordination and working in collaboration with:

  • Store Managers
  • sales teams
  • Service marketing

Work Location: Eastern Region

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bac +2 / Bac +3 in business, marketing, design or merchandising

  • Experience: 1-2 years in merchandising, ideally in the footwear or ready-to-wear sector
  • Mobility: Frequent travel between stores

  • Knowledge of retail merchandising techniques
  • Product presentation direction
  • Mastery of zoning and customer traffic rules
  • Concepts of inventory management
  • My proficiency with office software (Excel, PowerPoint)
