Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2 3 years of professional experience in visual design and motion graphics.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Solid skills in 2D motion graphics, with the ability to create slightly dimensional / semi-3D visuals (e.g., parallax or layered animation styles).
Ability to handle various design tasks, including branding, social media visuals, and UI-related work.
Familiarity with Figma, or willingness to learn and adapt to UI/UX tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and composition.
Awareness of AI-assisted tools that enhance content creation, animation, or video workflows.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate within a creative team.
Curiosity to explore new design trends, tools, and techniques.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion, visual, and design work.
Desired Candidate Profile
We re looking for a creative Motion & Visual Designer who s passionate about bringing ideas to life through movement and design. The ideal candidate combines strong motion and video editing skills with a solid eye for visual design, and is comfortable working across different mediums, from animation and branding to digital content and UI.
