Key Responsibilities

• Create photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs for architectural and construction projects.
  
• Develop visual content from BIM models or CAD drawings using software such as 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotion.
  
• Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and environmental effects to achieve desired visual quality.
  
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to interpret design concepts accurately.
  
• Prepare visualization materials for client presentations, tenders, and marketing use.
  
• Maintain an organized library of materials, textures, and rendering assets.
  
• Stay updated with the latest visualization tools, rendering techniques, and industry trends.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Architecture, Design, or related field.
  
• 3-6 years of experience in 3D visualization or architectural rendering.
  
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotion.
  
• Strong understanding of modeling, lighting, and composition principles.
  
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or Rhino for model preparation and integration.
  
• Excellent attention to detail, artistic sense, and visual storytelling ability.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines.
