Roles & Responsibilities

***Part-Time | 5 Days per Month | Last Week of Each Month***


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound customer calls during the last week of each month to seek their feedback on their experience with major touchpoints in their journey.
  • Follow a structured questionnaire while creating space for open dialogue to capture detailed, candid insights.
  • Document feedback accurately and comprehensively in call centre software.
  • Escalate issues to the VoC Program Manager as needed.
  • Protect customer confidentiality and follow internal guidelines for information handling.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (clear, professional, and confident).
  • Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in outbound calling, customer interviews, customer service, or similar roles.
  • Comfortable speaking with senior business customers and building rapport quickly.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to probe gently to uncover detailed insights.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in note-taking.
  • Reliable availability for 5 working days per month, specifically during the last week of each month.
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach.
