Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment and Management of Agents/BD: Recruit BD and Agents, guide them in their work of bringing hosts, and establish a stable recruitment system

  2. Build and expand the host team: Manage BD and agents to ensure that hosts can live broadcast normally and fulfill work requirements

  3. Timely follow up on team activity, live streaming conditions and revenue data: Assist in improving the quality and retention rate of hosts to drive overall performance growth
