Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage robust VoIP communication systems, ensuring seamless call flow and high availability.
- Configure and maintain PBX systems, gateways, and session border controllers (SBCs) for optimal performance and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and voice quality issues, minimizing downtime and user impact.
- Develop and execute testing strategies for new VoIP features and infrastructure upgrades, ensuring reliability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA Voice, or CCNP Collaboration are highly valued.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and supporting VoIP environments.
- Proven experience with leading VoIP platforms like Cisco Unified Communications, Asterisk, or 3CX.
