Establish strategic partnerships with freight forwarders, cargo operators, and free zone entities.

Oversee cargo terminal utilization, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization in coordination with operations.

Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, and service level agreements with cargo stakeholders.

Enhance customer experience and service quality across cargo operations.

Monitor global and regional cargo market trends to identify opportunities and risks.

Collaborate with government entities (e.g., customs) to streamline cargo processes and improve efficiency.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and security standards.

Develop financial plans, budgets, and performance targets for the cargo business.

Lead and develop a high-performing cargo team and foster a performance-driven culture.
