Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and PR strategies to support organisational objectives.

  • Lead the creation of innovative campaigns to enhance brand visibility within the financial services industry.
  • Oversee the development and management of content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand.
  • Lead Marketing and Communications team while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and media partners to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and forums in the GCC and beyond.

Desired Candidate Profile

A successful VP Marketing & PR should have:

  • A proven background in marketing and public relations within the financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
