Job Description
Support the strategic communications for the Group Head, translating business priorities into clear, aligned and impactful narratives across internal and external audiences.
Enable cross-vertical marketing strategy by ensuring clarity of direction, consistency of messaging, and disciplined execution across business units, markets and channels.
Serve as a central point of orchestration between leadership, marketing, corporate communications, and key stakeholders to ensure message coherence and timing discipline.
This role operates as a horizontal enabler across the Marketing functions for Personal Business and Wealth, strengthening execution integrity, prioritisation, and follow-through. It does not define Marketing or customer strategy, nor does it own growth outcomes or channel delivery. Instead, it ensures that strategies owned by Marketing verticals are executed effectively within a coherent and well-governed framework.
Growth Mandate: Enable Marketing to operate as one integrated system and support leadership communication
Responsibilities
Lead the Group Head’s internal and external visibility plan and communication agenda
Translate approved Marketing strategies into structured, executable initiatives with clear scope, ownership, dependencies, and success criteria.
Ensure marketing and communication initiatives presented for approval are complete, aligned, and decision-ready.
Maintain alignment between strategic intent and execution throughout delivery.
Own the consolidated portfolio of Marketing initiatives across all verticals.
Drive prioritisation, sequencing, and capacity alignment in partnership with Marketing leadership.
Identify conflicts, dependencies, and delivery risks; recommend trade-offs and corrective actions.
Enable collaboration across Marketing verticals and with partner functions (Technology, Data, Product, Operations, Finance. etc).
Facilitate resolution of cross-team issues and dependencies without assuming delivery ownership.
Remove execution friction and maintain momentum on critical initiatives.

Marketing initiative portfolio consolidated with clear ownership and prioritisation
Planning and execution cadence established
Leadership forums structured with clear agendas and follow-through
Improved visibility of cross-vertical dependencies and risks
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in Marketing, Communication and/or Strategy, Transformation, or enterprise execution roles
Proven experience operating at portfolio or function-wide level in complex organisations
Strong track record translating strategy into execution without owning delivery
Experience in regulated or matrixed environments preferred
