Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead institutional sales across GCC with primary focus on KSA
- Develop and manage relationships with financial institutions, family offices, and corporates
- Drive business development and identify institutional market opportunities
- Represent the firm in client meetings, conferences, and networking events
- Develop and execute institutional sales strategy
- Lead client negotiations, proposals, and presentations
- Advise on conventional and Sharia compliant investment products
- Collaborate with internal teams on product and client solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
- Provide market insights and sales reporting to senior management
Desired Candidate Profile
A successful applicant should have:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in institutional sales within asset management, private banking, or investment management
- Strong network and relationships within Saudi Arabia
- Expertise in investment products, including Sharia-compliant and alternative investment strategies
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and communicate investment solutions effectively
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and institutional investor needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Fluent Arabic language skills will be an advantage
