Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The VP, Business Banking Marketing is accountable for leading the end to end marketing strategy and execution for FAB s Business Banking segment, covering micro, SME, commercial, and ecosystem propositions.
The role drives strategic growth across acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross sell, positioning FAB as the primary banking partner of choice for businesses in the UAE.
Operating as the senior marketing lead for the Business Bank, this role partners closely with Business Banking Leadership, Product, Digital, Analytics, CRM, Corporate Communications, and Distribution to design and deploy integrated marketing programmes that accelerate revenue growth and reinforce FAB s competitive differentiation.
- Lead the marketing strategy for SME lending, deposits, merchant payments, trade finance, and working capital solutions.
- Build targeted sector based marketing frameworks (e.g., F&B, healthcare, professional services, ecommerce).
- Develop acquisition engines for startups, micro businesses, and priority growth clusters.
- Design B2B content ecosystems: playbooks, thought leadership, founder stories, case studies, market outlooks.
- Partner with CRM to develop multi journey lifecycle programmes (welcome, activation, growth, risk mitigation).
- Oversee GTM for digital business banking platforms, online onboarding, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Strengthen FAB s Business Bank brand positioning through storytelling, creative excellence, and proposition clarity.
- Ensure consistent narrative across campaigns, segment communications, sponsorships, and content programmes.
- Act as the senior marketing business partner to Business Banking leadership teams (SME, Business Finance, Trade, Merchant Solutions, Working Capital, Ecosystems).
- Collaborate deeply with Product, Data, Analytics, CRM, Digital Channels, Corporate Comms, and Distribution.
- Guide early GTM engagement for new propositions, ensuring readiness, sequencing, and launch excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
- Master s degree or MBA preferred
- Professional certifications in B2B marketing, digital strategy, or CRM advantageous
- 12 15 years experience in B2B or Business Banking marketing
