Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and market positioning.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product development and innovation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Set sales targets and KPIs, regularly monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns and promotional materials that resonate with the target audience.
- Utilize data analytics to track sales performance and forecast future sales trends, making adjustments to strategy as necessary.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
- Oversee sales training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to the executive team, showcasing sales performance and strategic initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of ERP/Software sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a relevant industry.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
Strong understanding of CRM software and sales analytics tools to enhance sales processes and reporting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and team members.
Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and pivot sales strategies accordingly.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Experience in negotiating high-value contracts and closing complex sales deals with key accounts.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events; flexibility in work hours to accommodate global clients.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
