Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, attentive service in line with brand standards.
- Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and upselling premium selections.
- Maintain strong product knowledge, particularly of Italian cuisine and wines.
- Ensure accurate order taking, table setup, and service sequence execution.
- Collaborate with the head waiter and floor team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold the highest grooming, hygiene, and service standards at all times.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Italian.
- Knowledge of wine service and food pairings.
- Exceptional attention to detail and guest interaction skills.
- Energetic, well-presented, and able to perform under pressure.
- Hospitality diploma or certification is an advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
2 3 years experience as a waiter in upmarket or fine dining environments.
