Job Summary

The Waiter for private residences will deliver high-quality, discreet, and personalised front-of-house service within Private property settings. The role requires attention to detail, exceptional customer service to ensure seamless dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous, and discreet table service for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and private events.

• Serve food and beverages professionally—plating, clearing, and presenting courses with appropriate timing and etiquette

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in service areas and storage, including polishing silver and crystal

• Set up and break down for private events and functions, ensuring all serviceware and linens are handled, stored, and inventoried correctly

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter, private property or in high-end hospitality

• Strong knowledge of formal and informal dining service, table settings, and service etiquette

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain discreet and professional at all times
