Roles & Responsibilities

Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in the hotel s restaurants and lounges

  • Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages to 5-star standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver seamless service
  • Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a waiter in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale lounge

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
  • Presentable, professional, and guest-focused demeanor
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
