Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by attentively taking orders and ensuring guests' needs are met throughout their dining experience.
  • Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and detailed descriptions of daily specials to enhance their selection.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and managing the flow of service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to turn any negative experience into a positive one.
  • Upsell menu items and promotions, contributing to overall restaurant revenue while enhancing the guest experience.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service standards, and health regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in hospitality or food service is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or café environment.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of a second language is advantageous for diverse clientele.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests and create a pleasant dining atmosphere.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently during peak hours.
  • Attention to detail in order accuracy and presentation, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays or equipment.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
