Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus, explain specials, and take orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests efficiently.
• Maintain table setup, side stations, and outlet cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Process bills and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.

Requirements

• 1 2 years experience as a Waiter in a hotel or quality restaurant.
• Good guest service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
