Job Description:

We are looking for professional waiters to join our team in both Ashrafieh and Antelias branches.


Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival

Present menus and explain dishes

Provide detailed knowledge of sushi and Japanese cuisine to guide guest choices

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen

Serve dishes with precision, maintaining presentation standards

Proactively upsell premium items

Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Uphold fine dining etiquette and restaurant standards at all times


Qualifications:

Previous experience in fine dining restaurants preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
