Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.
  • Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and well-prepared.
  • Assist guests with menu recommendations and special requests.
  • Maintain service standards and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Good English communication skills are a must.
  • Should be customer-focused, well-groomed, and presentable.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in casual or fine dining restaurants.
