Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards
• Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and organized at all times
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per regulations
• Process bills and handle payments accurately
• Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a waiter or in a similar role
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
