Roles & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high-quality food and beverage service to the principals and guests, ensuring a seamless and elegant dining experience.
- Execute formal and informal table settings, including fine dining and silver service where required.
- Coordinate closely with the Butler, kitchen team, and household staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Prepare and maintain dining areas, ensuring impeccable cleanliness, organization, and presentation at all times.
- Serve meals, beverages, and refreshments with precision, professionalism, and discretion.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with a proactive, service-driven approach.
- Assist in the setup and execution of private events, gatherings, and formal dinners.
- Maintain inventory of service ware, glassware, and dining supplies.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and service standards in line with luxury hospitality practices.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and respect the privacy of the household at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
2 6 years of experience in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or private households.
- Strong knowledge of service etiquette, table settings, and hospitality standards.
- Well-presented, professional, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages (especially Arabic) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment with flexibility in shifts.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to household preferences.
- Understanding of Gulf culture and service expectations is preferred.
- Currently based in the UAE/GCC or available for immediate relocation.
