Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide menus, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems and effectively communicating them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to established service standards and anticipating guest needs.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Hold relevant certifications such as food handling and alcohol service certifications, showcasing a commitment to industry standards.
- Demonstrate prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, indicating practical knowledge and skills.
