Are you passionate about creating memorable dining experiences with exceptional service? We re looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. You ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys warm hospitality and impeccable service.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you ll mostly be:

Welcoming guests warmly, presenting menus, and taking accurate food & beverage orders.

Delivering food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring the highest service standards.

Providing detailed menu knowledge, making recommendations, and upselling special items to enhance the guest experience.

Ensuring tables are properly set up before service and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift.

Handling guest feedback and requests politely, escalating to supervisors when necessary.

Coordinating closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service.

Following cash handling and billing procedures accurately.

Maintaining hygiene and grooming standards, representing the brand with pride.

Supporting daily operations, special events, and banquet functions as required.

What we need from you:

Previous experience in a similar role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel, fine dining restaurant, or cruise line is preferred.

Strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.

Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

A positive personality with the ability to work under pressure and in a team.

Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
