The Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Whether you have prior experience in the hospitality industry or are looking to start your career in this field, we welcome individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating memorable moments for our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and seat customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
2. Present menus, take orders, and provide detailed explanations of menu items when necessary.
3. Ensure accuracy in order taking, paying close attention to special requests and dietary restrictions.
4. Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
5. Check on customers regularly to ensure they have everything they need and address any concerns or requests.
6. Clear tables and reset them efficiently to prepare for new guests.
7. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area and workstations.
8. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
9. Process customer payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
10. Uphold health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation practices.
11. Participate in training and ongoing professional development to enhance your knowledge and skills.
12. Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions.
13. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic math skills for order processing and handling payments.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
