Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and present menus in a professional manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve meals and drinks promptly and courteously according to service standards.
Ensure tables are set properly before guests arrive and cleaned after service.
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly handle any complaints or requests.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Process bills and handle payments accurately.
Follow company service protocols, grooming standards, and safety procedures.
Support colleagues and assist in other F&B service duties when required.
