Roles & Responsibilities
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service in a warm, timely, and professional manner. You will also demonstrate strong product knowledge and uphold Hilton standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless dining experience.
As part of our team, you will:
- Deliver personalized service with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the menu, offering recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience from welcome to farewell
- Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to maintain smooth operations
- Uphold Hilton s high standards of hospitality and service at all times
