Assist guests in menu selection, providing detailed information about food and beverage options. Take orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner. Ensure guests' needs are met promptly, including refills, special requests, and dietary requirements. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring the restaurant ambiance remains welcoming. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management as needed. Ensure that all service standards and hygiene protocols are followed at all times. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.Qualifications Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant is preferred, but not essential. A strong passion for providing exceptional guest service and hospitality. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, ensuring every guest receives personalized service. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
