Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support table setup and dining area preparation.
Take guest orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages following hotel service standards.
Assist with guest inquiries and ensure a positive dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and service equipment.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for order follow-ups and special requests.
Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Support team members during peak hours.
