Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, using appropriate point-of-sale systems
- Serve food and drinks with attention to detail and presentation
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues during busy periods
