Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Welcomes the guests and ensures they are attended to i.e. presents menus, helps with recommendations, receives orders, places orders and handles payments.
Ensures stocks at the outlet are replenished and checked accordingly
Maintains a proper inventory of items and ensures that the expired ones are replaced, the pantry is well organized and coordinates with the Purchasing team for the requisition along with the Senior Bartender.
Liaise with the Supervisor and Assistant Manager for any items that should be charged to the guests.
Ensures the area is well maintained at all times
Desired Candidate Profile

- Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Basic English skills are a must.
- Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers.
- Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
