Role Overview
The Waiter/Waitress delivers attentive and gracious service, ensuring each guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable dining experience. With genuine hospitality and strong attention to detail, this role presents the menu confidently, supports guest needs throughout the meal, and contributes to a smooth and well-coordinated service on the restaurant floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Welcomes and attends to guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Guest Recognition: Builds genuine rapport with guests, anticipates preferences, and handles requests with discretion and sophistication.
• Dining Mastery: Accurately takes food and beverage orders, serves dishes and beverages efficiently, and follows established service sequences and standards. Demonstrates solid understanding of menu items, ingredients, and basic wine or beverage pairings in order to confidently guide guest choices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
• Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
