Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcoming customers warmly, assisting them with seating, and providing menus.
- Taking and Serving Orders: Accurately taking customer orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor, addressing customer inquiries and requests promptly, and anticipating their needs.
- Maintaining Table and Restaurant Cleanliness: Ensuring tables, chairs, and the dining area are clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Handling Payments and Cash: Processing payments, handling cash, and following established cash handling procedures.
- Teamwork and Communication: Collaborating effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and provide consistent service.
Desired Candidate Profile
Waiter/Waitress at our Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our customers have a memorable and enjoyable time during their visit.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in the food service.
