Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, setting and clearing tables promptly to uphold the restaurant's standards of cleanliness.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently, ensuring accuracy in order placement and presentation to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude and composure during busy shifts.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly and turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.

• Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred, showcasing the ability to thrive under pressure.
