- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a must.

- Primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service by taking food orders, serving meals, and attending to the needs of patrons.
- Your friendly and attentive demeanor contributes to the overall satisfaction of our customers.
- Greet customers warmly, take food orders accurately, and provide menu recommendations when requested.
- Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to the tables, ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
- Effectively communicate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Anticipate and address customer needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Promote additional menu items, specials, or desserts to enhance the overall guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
- Present bills to customers, process payments accurately, and provide correct change.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other service staff to create a cohesive and efficient work environment.
