Hotel: Luxury 5-Star HotelJob Description:We are seeking motivated and professional waitresses to join our prestigious 5-star hotel team in Saudi Arabia. As a waitress, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service, and maintaining the high standards of our hospitality establishment.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages to tables.
- Ensure the cleanliness and setup of the dining area.
- Assist guests with menu selections and offer suggestions based on their preferences.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Friendly, professional attitude, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
