Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Preparation (Setup): Clean and organize the room, set the tables, check the cleanliness of the equipment.
- Reception and service: Welcoming customers, presenting the menu, advising on dishes and drinks, taking orders.
- Table service: Relay orders to the kitchen, serve food and drinks, clear tables and ensure follow-up throughout the meal.
- Customer relations: Meeting customer needs, ensuring a positive experience, handling complaints
Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, friendliness, neat presentation, dynamism, patience and discretion.
- Skills: Proficiency in service techniques (tray, plates), good memory, speed.
- Working conditions: Physical stamina (prolonged standing), ability to work under pressure, flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
