Responsibilities and activities: 

• Welcome customers with courtesy and professionalism
• Install customers and present the menu
• Take orders and serve dishes and drinks
• Advise customers according to their preferences
• Ensure the cleanliness and set-up of the dining room
• Clear, set and straighten tables
• Ensure payment or pass orders to the cash register
• Respect hygiene and food safety rules
• Work in coordination with the kitchen and the dining room team
