Job Descriptions
(Doha, Qatar) Looking for Restaurant Waitress for a 5 star luxury hotel.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all service preparations before, during and after the service.
Identify customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and provide appropriate products, services or information.
Meet all reasonable needs and requests of customers within acceptable enterprise time frames
Identify and take all opportunities to enhance the quality of service.
Acquire in depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu of the assigned outlet in order to assist and provide advice to guests.
Have a working understanding of all Food and Beverage Restaurant and Bars in order to properly direct and advise guests.
Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmental SOP s
Handle the welcome of arriving guests and their seating through the hostess and take over, if she is not available
Meet all reasonable needs and requests of customers within acceptable enterprise time frames
Identify and take all opportunities to enhance the quality of service (up selling, guest recognition, resort knowledge).
Requirements:
1 years' experience in similar role in a Food and Beverage department & Have a good knowledge and understanding of Food and Beverage operations
