Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment they enter.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, utilizing a keen memory or notepad to ensure precision, and explaining menu items creatively.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that dishes are presented beautifully and at the correct temperature.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, proactively addressing any concerns or requests to enhance their dining experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or café environment, showcasing adaptability and efficiency.
- Certification in food safety or handling is preferred to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Fluency in the local language is essential, while knowledge of additional languages is a valuable asset.
