Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Answering customer questions and providing recommendations on menu items.
- Cleaning and resetting tables after customers leave to prepare for the next guests.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
