Roles & Responsibilities


  • Welcome guests warmly with a positive attitude, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Take and relay orders accurately, ensuring efficiency and clear communication with the kitchen.
  • Deliver meals and beverages gracefully, maintaining proper presentation, portion standards, and timeliness.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, addressing concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations to create a welcoming environment.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times, safeguarding both guests and staff.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, supporting smooth and seamless service operations.

  • Previous experience as a waitress is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
