Roles & Responsibilities
Sugoi Franca is looking for a friendly and energetic Waitress to join our team at Al Naeem Mall, Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate should provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Process bills and payments when required
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a waitress is preferredbr>Good communication and interpersonal skillsbr>Friendly, presentable, and customer-focusedbr>Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentbr>Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
