Waitstaff (Waiter / Waitress)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Greet, seat, and attend to guests promptly and courteously.
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and in accordance with service standards.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally, ensuring full guest satisfaction.
• Process payments and handle billing efficiently; assist with table turnover.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
