Role & responsibilities

• Perform operation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance for:
• Air-Cooled Chillers & Water-Cooled Chillers
• Chilled Water Pumps (Primary/Secondary)
• Cooling Towers (where applicable)
• Expansion Tank, Strainers, Valves & CHW Piping Network
• Attend breakdown complaints and restore system operation within SLA.
• Monitor and record key parameters such as:
• CHW supply/return temperature
• Pressure (suction/discharge)
• Compressor status, amperage, alarms
• Delta-T and system efficiency readings
• Troubleshoot issues such as:
• Low cooling performance / low delta-T
• Compressor trips / high pressure / low pressure trips
• Flow issues, air lock, strainer choking, pump faults
• Refrigerant leakage and abnormal pressure imbalance
• Sensor faults and controller/alarm issues
• Carry out routine checks and servicing including:
• Oil level and refrigerant circuit checks
• Condenser coil cleaning (air-cooled) / condenser tube cleaning (water-cooled)
• Cooling tower cleaning and water level checks (if applicable)
• Coordinate with supervisor/engineer for material requests and shutdown planning.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are documented with proper checklist and evidence.
• Update CAFM system (ticket closure, PPM evidence, remarks) as required.
• Follow HSE requirements and ensure safe work practices with proper PPE.
